Certify Teacher accepts returns and exchanges of online subscriptions for up to 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product has not been accessed. Certify Teacher does not accept returns of online subscriptions after they have been accessed. Once you have accessed your product, you will not be eligible for refunds. Period. Credit card processing fee is applied to any refund.
